My wife is tested positive. Her ldh is 547 and crp is 15.8 do I need to admit her? What does ldh denote pls explain. Is it problematic? Her spo2 is 97% and fever is 101. It's been 5 days since her fever.

Good evening doctors 🙏 My wife, one year old son, 11 year old daughter and I are all infected. I only myself got rapid test on 20 April and found positive. When My smell and taste lost then I went for test. I live in 1BHK. My wife has dry cough for the last 5 days. She is taking Grilinctus thrice. It has slightly comforted her but during evening she frequently coughs. She  does breastfeeding to the baby. Today is our 10 th day after infection. Please let your helping hand to us during this pandemic. I consulted one doctor and he adviced MACBERY cough syrup thrice a day.

I'm diabetic patient and my stomach is not well. Loos motion and stomach pain also. I'm taking electoral.

I have headache very often 2-3 times a week. i don't understand whether this has any concern related to sinus or migrane. pulsing type of headache on one side most of the times. Taking headache medicine helps some times. Any specific medicine should I take and dosage. tried diclogem, combiflam, somo, brufen 200 mg, dolo ,650. i feel like acidity due to these tablets.

I'm having running nose and it goes off after I take either medicine/nasal spray. But again comes after 3-4 days. I had tested positive for Covid on 19th Mar'21(had symptoms of running nose, then only fever, body pain and head ache), where took antiviral drug(fabiflu 200mg) and other antibiotics for 5-10days per doctors advice. I was diagnosed as mild covid and got back well in 2-3wks. This running nose started again from 11th Apr'21 onwards. Fyi, atleast in last 7 days I didn't even go outside(in fact on one in my home went outside) but still got today and it's still there even after taking the nasal spray. Pls suggest next steps.

1. Tab Medrol 32 mg twice daily 2. Tab Dolo 650mg for fever ...maximum four times daily 3. Tab Pan 40 twice daily 4. Tab Montair LC once daily 5. Tab Zocef CV 500 twice daily 6. Cap. Dalacin C 300 thrice daily 7. Tab Zinconia 1 tab twice daily 8. Inj. Clexane (Enoxaparin) 0.6ml SC twice daily 9. Nebulize with Budecort Respules (1mg ) twice daily 8. Tab.Eliquis 5mg twice daily Keep oxygen level above 94% Check oxygen level, BP, Pulse every 2hrly. Gave to my dad he got oxygen level 78 in evening after that i gave him oxygen through cylinder then its gone to 92 in 1hr after that i gave him the homeopathy medicine () in short amount to increase oxygen after this i got the reports of him his HBA1C is 12.6 and CRP is 78.0

My parents got their covid results on 21st of april they were tested on 18 of april , we started their medicine on 22 and got their ct done on the same day value was mild 6/40 and they had Fever for 4-5 days but feeling better now both of them have their spo2 value more than 95 but today i got their d dimer crp and cmc test done and their was a little elevation in both of it.. For my mother Crp is 8.9 and d-dimer is 0.73 while for my father CRP IS 8.3 and d dimer is 0.75. What am i suppose to do next? Is it risky??

Which is the best blood thinner that can be take. After COVID positive . Kindly suggest. If CRP level is 14, is it recommended to take steroids if patient oxygen level is fine.

Hi Dr, I have been taking Eliqius 5 mg twice a day for almost a year for DVT in my left leg. Also I am taking losar 50 mg and amlopres 5mg once a day for my blood pressure. I am planning to take vaccine Covishield when it starts for 18+ . Do I need to stop eliqius before taking the vaccine or I can continue with it.?? If I need to stop then why and for how many days before and after the vaccine?? Pls help..
