Hi doctor, my mother has been showing few covid symptoms like throat pain, weakness, nausea, breathe difficulty while talking. My father is diagnosed covid positive and is currently isolated . She has 98 Oxygen levels. And pulse rate is 114. Is it OK to have high pulse rate with my mother or does she need to have CT Scan?

My mother was hospitalized 1 month ago for covid and after discharge she was doing fine only concern was after two weeks on 28th April her d dimer value was 2880 , so doctor prescribed rivoroxaban 10 and now today after 1 month post discharged and two weeks after having rivoroxaban 10 again we did d dimer test today and value was 590 , so my question is can she stop this medicine or have to take it again ? Her age is 50

Hi, I had fever and diarrhea on 1st May 2021. I started with covid medicine and got RT-PCR done, which came out negative. Now, on 13th day, I got my antigen test done, where antibodies count was 15.2 H. I want to know when can I get myself vaccinated, as the antibody count is marginally above the positive range. Respected doctor, I was tested covid positive on 9th of last month and developed pneumonia from 16th of the same month. So I was on Dexamethasone injection for first 5 days followed by Dexamethasone tab 4mg twice a day for the next 5 days after injection and 4mg tab once a day for the last 5 days...and Resmesvir injection (drips) for the first days .....Then I became covid negative on 21st April...Its been 3 weeks already..After started taking steroid, im noticing some changes in me like memory loss,confusions,body pain and etc..so when will these side effects go off? And another concern is since corticosteroids act as immunosuppresent, is my immunity very low? Even mucormycosis also can happen even though its said that cancer pts and diabetic pts who were on steroids developed mucormycosis Btw I have no medical history..Me being a dentist know how bad mucormycosis could be...so Im little worried Thanks for the patience to read 😊

Hi, Does increased Covid antibodies count indicate reinfection? I was Covid positive during the first wave (August 2020). I did my IGG antibodies test in November 2020 and results was 4.33 which was obvious. Five weeks ago my family members (my wife, 5 year old daughter and father in law who was visiting us) and I had cough and cold. My daughter had fever for a day and my father in law was down with it for 3 days. All of us recovered after taking antibiotics. Just out of curiosity I again did my antibodies test and result showed increased count of 22. Both the times test was done using same method (Serum,CMIA). My CRP too was little elevated (CRP: 6.09). Does this mean I was exposed to Covid once again?
