My mom is breast cancer patient having high bp.. since last 2 days she is having high bp 140/95 near by..for d dimer we are giving ecosprin 75 at night.. should we countinue this medicine ?? as she is having high bp or change dosage??

I have severe constipation and acidity at bed time since last 1 year. Which solved by bed time aciloc150 and cremaffin plus twice a day. My question is my stomach not clear in morning. It clear evening time why is it. This is happening 10 days After morning meal i take calcium shelcal m tablet. Twice a day nexito 10 mg. Is it happening because of calcium tablet or anti depression tablet or any other reason kindly tell me. Endoscopy, usg, whole blood test negative. Why motion comes in evening not morning.

She is covid patient it's her 12th day. Having fabi flu 800 mg medrol 8 mg trice a day. Cefexime calculate 325 mg twice a day. Crp 10.2 on 05/05. Hrct 2/25 on 26/04 and 9/25 on 06/05. She is having fever 99-100.2 whole day. Oxygen level is 95-98. Pls help us to recover from the fever.

Hi Sir, Please help me as for the past 3-4 months i have been suffering from pain in both the heels of my foot.. I understand i'm overweight for which I am following a proper diet and focussing on workout as well ..I cant walk bare foot as my heels hurts a lot while walking..I am currently usimg orthopedic slippers but no positive affect.Please suggest me what should i do as because of the heel pain i cant walk or run swiftly..when i press my heels i really hurts a lot..please suggest me what should i do.. Dear Sir / Madam Am 38 Yrs , Having Thyriod it's normal , From Almost 6 months I have Uncomfortableness in my Forehead , So I Consulted ENT Doctor , Some Said might be Allergic & One ENT Doctor Asked for CT PNS Scan , To check if I Have Sinitis ,Got the Scan Done , No Sinus infection , So Asked Doctor suggestions he asked to Consult Neuro Dr As I have mild nerve pain in head & forehead Uncomfortableness , Consulted Neuro Dr he Confirmed it's tension headache , It's Functional , Gave some Tablets , Was having eye problem suspect could be possible of that Consulted Eye Dr , He Said I have eye sight , But it cannot effects my forehead Uncomfortableness & nerve pain , He also asked to Consult Neuro Dr , From 3 Months I have neck Pain , Suspect Cervical sponditis , Consulted Ortho Dr He Got X ray Done & Told Starting of Cervical sponditis , Have Consulted All Dr , But I still have Forehead Uncomfortableness & nerve pain (Mild ) in Head , It Comes & Goes Daily , Please Suggest Which Dr I See

My aunty became rtpcr positive on 25th April symptoms started 2 days before and fever subsided after 2 days..inflamaatory markers done on 28th normal values,was taking only T.Fabiflu and other Symptomatic medicines..saturation is 98-97 after 6mwt..but her cough is not subsided ..any need to give her steroids and blood thinners in post covid phase..local Physician advised no medicines except Fabiflu for 6 days and a cough suppressant.Please guide me what shall I do further..I'm monitoring oxygen levels daily 3-4 times and Temperature and PR..she's comfortably doing her daily household chores without sob..Please guide me in further managing her in home sir/mam

I have dry cough since 2015. I am 28 years having a deskjob. Few said it's cough variant asthma, few said it's allergic cough. I was also advised for bronchoscopy but all reports were normal. I have done ELISA test allergy. My IGE stays between 200-400 Eosinophils is normal I am so frustrates because none of the steroid, inhaler ( foracort, aerocort etc), nasal spray (flomist, duanase) worked. Prednisolone worked once in 2015, but after a month, cough persisted Please suggest something
