Can I take paracetamol and meftal spas together at the same time for my fever and period cramps. I have also got first dose of covid-19 vaccination today and got my period too

Was tested Covid +ve, today on day 16.
He kept getting low degree fever even after day 10, which is when doc prescribed these medicines. He's doing fine now. Should any medication be continued. Please guide, unable to get in touch with doc, today is day 5 of medication as prescribed.

Cocern related to rabies.
4 days back , I was feeding some stray dogs , and that place had some flies around , to which , ine of the fly got into my eye. Is there any chance that the fly had transferred any of the dog's saliva into my eye , leading to rabies.

Cough after fever
I suffered fever below 100 degree for 3 days feeling chilled at that time about 15 days ago. Now cough problem persist. At that time taken paracetamol for headache n fever. What to do now. Is it may be due to Corona or any other type of fever. Two other members of family suffered from the same.
