My father 67 yr old took first vaccine covisheild on 5 march. he got infected with covid on 18 th april.. now he is negative.. when can he take second dose of vaccine? Will the first dose be still effective or should he restart with his 1st dose of vaccine?

Zincovit, limcee for 5 days. CRP is 1. Now what should I do next. Doctor suggested fabiflu with doxy n ivermectin for 5 days . Second doctor says no symptoms no medication.
