Leg pain before periods and during perio

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Periods date before 10 days onwards I got both leg pains heavily and 🐾 feet fingers pain. And my to bosom got very hard and pains heavily. Every month I am facing the problem repeatedly. So, please guide me how I can handle this health issues.
