Im 27 yrs now, I've been having irregular periods for more than 10 yrs , consulted all the doctor, tried Ayurveda but no use ,
kindly suggest me what to do to recover my periods

I can understand your concern.
Get a ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done and get it checked out by a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
I don't think there was any need for me to tell this to you.
