Headache and fever 100 given dolo 650 2 times from morning 1 now evening1 before food azitral 500 we r giving is that ok if doesn't reduce tomarow dr refered for covid test

Hi I have tested positive on April 26th 2021 and from then I am using medications prescribed for COVID even used favipiravir for 7 days. Now I am yet to re test for COVID. But I am experiencing body temperature ranging from 98 to 99.4. is this normal? And I am having a very little cold.  Do I have to use any other medicines for this. Or is this condition normal? Please advise. (No other symptoms I have)

For the past two days my bp is high. It is 149/109.. I used to take Atorbest as per doctor' advise. Sometimes it goes to 170/110. And if taken tablet bp reduces. Please advice me if I can take the same tablet when I feel high bp like 170/110 at any time because I take Atorbest before my dinner. Orelse please suggest me anyother tablet which can b taken anytime so that my bp is normal. Thank you in advance.

One week back, I had a fever of 99.7..i was in touch with covid positive patient. I started taking- Doxycycline 100mg twice a day ( after lunch and dinner ) Azithromycin 500mg - after lunch ( for 3 days) Ivermectin 12mg 2 hours after dinner (only for 3 days ) Zincovite 20mg once a day Shelcal 500mg - once a day Limcee 500mg - once a day Dolo 650 for fever about 101 Calpol for low grade fever After Day 1st I didn't had fever. I was having some breathing issue. I went for the X ray and it had minor spot on right lung. 3 days before I had HRCT which is normal. No score is mentioned. I had CBC, D-Dimer and CRPC test. These all were also within the limit. Now, it's been two days that I have completed the above doses. Now from yesterday, my temperature is ranging from 98.6 to 99.4. It degrades itself(not taking any medicines). Ki dly help me!

Hello Doc, From 3 days my tongue and Mouth us getting dry. I can feel the taste but yeah sometimes I feel burning sensation. I thought coz of heat but it doesn't look like. Please advise some remedies or reasons behind it. Thanks in advance
