Hi, I am 32 years old female. I have medium fair skin. I have a general question about daily exposure to Sunlight. Since the pandemic is keeping us indoors, so my skin/body doesn't get direct Sunrays. I wanted to know that if I plan to go for a walk/stroll in the Sun, which time of the day should be targetted and which time should be avoided? Also how much time (in a week or in a day) in the Sun (with regular clothes on) should be enough for the required amount of Vitamin D? Appreciate your response. Thank you.

I am tested positive for covid 19 since 10 days, except mild fever and muscular pain I had no other Symptoms. Hi, me and my family contracted. Covid report was out on 1st may but the symptoms onset on end of april like 20th april. None of us including my father, 59. Mother, 55 or brother, 32 is vaccinated with first dose. We have recovered from covid last week, can we go for vaccination or is there any timelines to wait?
