Flu

It's been 3 days I have suffering from fever. Temperature is around (99 to 101.6) after taking paracetamol it's reducing to (97). But after 4 to 5 hours it's reaching upto (101.6). I am also having little bit pain on my chest most of the time. Few coughs r getting out. No throat pain, no red eye, no body pain, no vomiting, no sneezing, no running nose, smell and taste is perfect. Oxygen level (96 to 98) from last 3 days. What medicine should I take ?

Initial symptoms were - taste and smell gone Difficulty in heavy breathing Weakness So we assumed it was covid (as my father was also fighting with covid that time) So we have consulted doctor he prescribed few medications (attached) starting 25 april Now the current situation Nothing is there except a minimal cough (Dry) Which is very minimal but still there.. A-z / limec / calcimax These are the medicine which are still going on as doc said to take it for atleast 3 weeks Kindly advice what to do for cough it is still there not completely gone.. I would appreciate if sm1 can advice here itslef.. without saying book appointment with us .

Sir today is my 40 day of corona positive Still i have evening rise temperature 99 and it's goes down at night 97.6 and in morning 97.1 and my platelet  continually down gradually right now my platelet are 1lakh 10 thousand ...

As per recommend ed by doctor taking Dexamethasone 1 mg twice a day, mucinac 600 mg, levoflax 750, bevon cd, alex since 29th April. Should we stop medicines now if feeling better.if yes then how

After 1 month of medical abortion bleeding started continued for 15 days so doctor suggested me to take traspect tablet and unwanted 21 tablet. Bleeding stopped in 1 day.is there any problem.? Ultrsound done there is no rpoc
