Rtpcr can show the presence of virus till a long period.. if u are asymptomatic then the viral infectivity is very less.. u need to continue your medications.. take immunity boosters and maintain the covid precautions.. u can do your household works.. with frequent handwashing..
If you are having no symptoms and still rtpcr is positive, it can be positive due to detection of a dead virus. But to be on safer side kindly keep monitoring your symptoms. It's highly unlikely to be infectious after 23 days of infection and being asymptomatic now.
Next Steps
you can get your inflammatory markers checked to rule out any persistant inflammation
Post covid if u can get a RTPCR test positive On 23rd day it is bcz of dead virus RNA so donot worry..u r not infective anymore..some patients may get positive report even after 40days with no symptoms..it is bcz of dead viral RNA
