Hi, I have take my RTPCR test for international travel by coming weekend. If I take booster dose vaccine now, will it influence the test results? Is it advisable to take vaccinations now or not?

You can take a Booster dose of vaccine. It will not affect your results of RTPCR. because RTPCR is not an antigen antibody test. For more information please consult with me on Practo.

You must take vaccination before international travel. The result usually gets affected if done immediately post vaccination within 3-4 days. Also, your vaccination card is important to be completed before you travel You can consult for detailed discussion
