Grip on my head
Diet, sleep, constipation, appetite, feeling normal ,no tiredness everything is normal. But there are two ulcer ( fodaa) one on armpit another is on outer thigh. Both doesn't seem critical. But my concern is my head is feeling grip ( jakadan) . Some time I feel it will make me dizzy ( chakkar). But it never happened। What should I do? For coupl of days I am taking paracetamol ।

If the ulcers are painful and bothering u ,u can go for antibiotics under doctor's prescription. For headache or dizziness drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated well.And get a physician's consultation for further help.

Does it have discharge? Since when do you have  ulcer? You need antibiotics depending on severity
