Should I have to take medicine in 99 Deg temperature or above or if taken kindly suggest medicine to break consistent temperature of 99 degree after post kovid

LIPID PROFILE 1 (CALC) Serum Cholesterol 268 mgms% Serum Triglycerides 416 mgms% HDL Cholesterol 47 mgms% LDL Cholesterol 184 mgms% VLDL Cholesterol 83 mgms% Kindly suggest medicine or further test need to be done.
