Reg Cholesterol and Triglycerides
Hi, My cholesterol and triglycerides level are high. Cholesterol level total-286 (HDL- 33, Non -HDL - 253 )and triglycerides level - 339. This week i started taking home remedies based on elders suggestion. Should i consult doctor and take medication for these levels?
Could you please advise what should be done to bring the level down.
