Is it true that covid vaccine may have more adverse side effects for people with A+ blood group. Or is it a hoax

My sole of feet are appearing yellowish suddenly ...no other discoloration on any other part or any other physical symptoms. I have dry skin outlines on the feet though. Is it fine?

His d dimer came down to .27 then the doctor said he should not continue with Apixaben and put him on ecosprin 75. We recently did the d dimer yesterday and it elevated to .84. Also, since they started him on Ecosprin he has a lot of palpitation. He doesn't have any chronic conditions. What should we do?
