You can go for low impact exercises and body weight training refrain from rigirous exercises, take it slow , give your body enough rest to heal, drink water adequately.
Take it one day at a time. You might feel normal but for vigorous exercises I will suggest please give more time to the body to recover to full potential, you can start with walks and stretches
