In last 2/3 days feeling a little weak and mild bodyache..what precautions or medication should i take?

Having watery stool from yesterday, no other issues but watery stool discharge. Medications - Zedott 3 times a day Pantop 40 1 times a day Darolac twice a day It had been second day end still its not cured

Doctor.... How can check immunity parameter Bcoz in this time.. We are facing two very dangerous condition covid and black fungus Both are related to immunity power So how cn sure that my immunity power level is good or bad. Bcoz in this panic condition that we are talking multi vitamin and kadha etc but sometimes people take over dose .. Can we do blood test or something for checking our immunity level

From last year my anxiety started then had consulted a doctor got some vitamin test done ,in that test my vit b12 was very less and vitamin d and calcium was also less then I have taken medicine for that ,things gone fine for few months.But now from one month in evening time I feel low and my anxiety start for that I am taking lonazap tablet . What I can do so that my this problem can go ?

My knee is twitching on and off since yesterday evening. Its a bit better now, but still its there. Haven't experienced this in past. What could i do?

I got the pain in uretra on jan 4. It was ecoli at that time. Every thing is normal in usg.hemogram,urine analysis too. On march 16 I have repeated culture but nothing was found. On may 16 I have repeated culture again ecoli was found. Why this is happening? I have used antibiotics and all. Std tests from 5 months are negative. There is evidence of cystitis. I am taking antibiotics from long time.

I have some itching ,slight pain and irritation in throat for about 3 days .Did salt water gargle for last 2 days Now my mouth and throat gets dry ..I have been facing dry mouth for past 1.5 weeks now I feel like my throat gets dry and  feeling light pain like a pin punch. No other issues last week faced gastric issues I steamed with Vicks vaporup after that I got chest and stomach pain went to hospital and took gas tablets for that and  after that I got this throat irritation...please suggest some medication and the problem

I did cbc crp d-dimer test as i was facing intermittent chest pain since 1 week and i have recovered from covid recently.

I got my first covisheild shot on Monday. I had fever on Tuesday. From Wednesday, I see some red spot just above my ankle. Is it blood clot ?

Please help me quickly and  give me some medicine and pain gel . Some pain of the swelling area.please help me
