Hello, From past 20 days my wife is consistently having high BP , SYS150-165) and DIA(95-115). Also she is having headache almost daily. Prior to this time the BP was normal. We had measured the BP using the digital machine at home . We used same machine on other family members and it shows normal reading. Please guide us what shall we do. Shall we wait for a week to do diet control, walking and pranayam and check ?

In last year around JulyI got fever and gradually lost smellfor almost one week and I took only dolo and nothing other than that. It didnt happended to get tested myself for COVID. but month later I went for antibody test ANTI SARS COV-2 IgG Serum, the results shown that  19.40 % antibodies has been developed. As there is a shortage in the vaccine now.. Until I get vaccinated Will these antibodies generated last year present still in my body? Can my body fight with infection with that natural immunity ? I recently tested positive for covid 3 days ago, my CT value in my report shows 19.2 , what does it mean? I am almost asymptomatic.. just have little dry cough and mild headache sometimes.. no fever nothing.. when should i get tested again to check if i am negative?
