My mother is 65 years has diabetes, and osteoporosis, is it safe to take covid vaccine. Could you please advice.

My father is 70+, he has a heart condition bradycardia. And also has sinus and allergical rhinitis. Is it safe for a person in this condition to take up covid vaccination.
