Symptoms on set: 13th april. Fever ended on 17th april. Dry cough ended in 25th april. Little bit weakness is there (when driving etc). Since 1+ month has passed since symptoms resolved, can I take vaccine now? I know govt guidelines are for 3 months but want to take it to avoid anxiety further. I am getting sorethroat often from a month. No other symptoms other than it. Even Covid test was negative. When I do exercises and jogging, it triggers sore throat. It last for 3 days and goes after gargling and medication( febrex plus ). Any remedy for this ? Is it for dry mouth ?

I recovered from covid on 22nd May. I'm absolutely fit and fine. I was wondering when can I continue to start exercise again. Should I wait for few more days?
