Elevated levels of LDH CRP and D Dimer

Hie! My mom had cyst of 4.4 cm but she had sever abdominal pain accompanied with evening fevers which stopped after cramp gas related medications. It's been one year since she attained menopause and she got blood spots recently . She had two vaccines of covid aldready but her blood test which we took recently to identify whether the cyst is cancerous or not , it was non cancerous whereas crp was damn high in 60 s and further we took de dimer (high) , ferritin(normal) and ldh (high) ..is it coz of covid ? But she dint have any covid symptoms and we took a test sterday it was negative. Can anyone please help me to understand the cause of these elevations as it's risky.
