In pulse oximeter sometimes it is showing 92,93,94 when we remove and keep it again it is showing 96, 97,98 . How long we have to keep it for correct reading

I am having pain in my right side of head  . And feeling my right side legs and arms are feeling weeken. Additional : I recovered from covid on 20th May.

I am having incomplete breathing type symptoms. Some times I feel the cycle of breathing is more frequent. Its happening since some months. Its not consistent. Sometime it happens and sometimes doesn't. I am not sure whether its my thinking or what. I was taking treatment for hpylori, does it happens in that case? Didn't test again whether its eradicated or not? Also can I give covid vaccine with this intermittent breathing issue?

When i wakeup in morning.i feel tired and facing pain in both legs and i can not any work with tiredness. I feel energyless..
