Recently done a CBC blood test and I could see Rcb count is 4.13 which is lower then reference value... is this something worry about .. attached report here with

Fever 101F ,,low appetite,had gone through rain bath last day...seems to be seasonal fever...with fatigue..

I'm having pain in my left hand and feeling very weak in short intervals . I got my test done for covid result is negative.no proper appetite as well. Got thyroid test done it is normal and CBP done everything is normal only haemoblogin is 10 % normal is 11%. Sometimes feeling shortness of breath also. Please suggest any other test required or what should I do now

I recovered from covid 2 days ago. I had very mild symptoms which recovered in 2-3 days. I'm fine and fit but I have gas in my stomach(leading to 7-8 burps a day). What should I do? I'm 23 and fit with no existing problems.

Hello doctors,please help.Yesterday when I looked down,suddenly blood started dripping from my left nose and it happened twice yesterday,then it stopped.It happened for like hardly a minute.It never happened to me ago.Today while I was sleeping,and put my face on my pullo,I felt a sudden rush of blood through my left nose again and found out blood flowing from my left mose again.I am 18 years old,have high BP,taking bp medicines,also have a slipped disc in lumbar spine,taking maxgallin 75 since January and shine 10 mg for more than a month. I am very afraid doctors. I also have usually some throat problems. Please tell me it's not something dangerous like nasopharyngeal/blood cancer. Please respond and helo as soon as possible.
