You have vitamin D deficiency. The treatment dose is 60,000 IU cholecalciferol once a week for 8 to 12 weeks . If the vitamin D deficiency is corrected then you need 2000 IU cholecalciferol daily of 60,000 IU once a month as maintenance dose
Next Steps
When you re recheck your vitamin D levels there should be 1 month gap from the last dose of 60 k . If the levels have crossed 30 Ng/ml then you will need maintenance dose 2000 IU daily or 60,000 IU monthly .
Health Tips
You can take it Montek LC . If you won’t take maintenance dose after correction of deficiency you will again become vitamin D deficient .
