During the last 3 days, my fasting blood glucose coming around 119-121 mg/dL. I have taken steroids of 8 mg dexa dose in iv form daily for 5 days for my covid treatment from 27April to 2 May. At that time, fasting blood glucose never goes above 110 mg/dL. I m not taking sugar from the last 10 years in drinking products. What should I need to do?

I did my cbc test , everything is normal except monocytes is 80.6 cells/cu.mm. The range should be from 200 Monocytes % is 1.3% Please let me know if there is a issue on it My total wbc is 6200 cells/cu.mm Neutrophills 4327 Lymphocytes1636 Basophills 24.8 Eosinophills 130.2 Platelet count 303000 My peripheral blood smear is normocytic normochromic blood picture. No issues here also
