I recovered from covid on 16th May now from 2 days I am feeling weakness a lot so my CBC report today indicates that my platelet count is 85 k and body is burning but temperature is below 98 is it dengue?? Please help

The medicines prescribed by doctor are already taken and course completed. 2-3 days back D-Dimer test was done & result was 1236 after that he is taking ROVOR 5mg once a day.
