Fake Surgical mask

Good evening
I bought a surgical mask packet from the shop
But I think it's fake
Mask have only 2 layer and mask is very thin
I really confused should I use them or not
Can anyone tell me ?
Should I use them with cloth mask ?
Or avoid using these fake surgical mask ?
