Can I get hiv from unsterilised vagnia speculum during the pap test and how long hiv virus live on the speculum

It's been 6 ,7 weeks post COVID recovery. When I check my oxygen after climbing stairs it sometimes comes as 93,94 for 10 seconds and then improve again. Is it normal as before covid we never had an oxymeter to check. After 15 mins walk though it's always normal and 95 or above. Just a general query

From the last 3-4 days my stool is coming so hard(It happened after this month's menstruation) with gas problem. Even laxative is not working. I am already eating healthy food. I am not eating any kind of sugar, refined flour , fast food or processed food. I am drinking around 3 litres of water everyday and doing yoga.I am learning dance(bhangra) and i feel pain in my knees after dancing session. I am on vitamin D supplement too. Are all these things related? Should i get any other tests done?

Hi, I got tested covid positivee on 2nd may & report came on 3 may, & were on steriods for 5.5 days starting 6h may, & on 11th as per crp, cvc & all it was ok & i did a retest on 17th may. Which was. Negative. After that I am in a vvery much stress of blaack fungus. & i am really not surre about high. Dose low dose steriods. I am. Wearing mask at. Home also from last 1 month, & I am very afraid to go & meet a doctor. I need to know how long I should take precautions from black fungus
