I was taken medrol 8 mg twice day for five 5 days during my covid recovery ,is it considered as high dose .. I am very tense about black fungs

I am suffering from frequent sneez with in twice or thrice in week can i take LDIO 1 M ? How long should i take this medicine i thought i have some allergic problem.

I recovered from covid in April . I'm not on steroids and my CT is not having any lung infection. I have motions and vomitings in covid . I lost my smell and taste too. Post covid I have some issues like 1. Delayed and painful periods 2. Joint pain 3. Headache 4. Shin pains From last two days I'm feeling pain in back of my palm and upper foot. I feel it as more kind of nerve pain. I tested my CRP again yesterday which is 3.2 How long these symptoms will be there , this recent nerve pain is messing with me .

I got covid some 35 days ago and I got recovered from it. I am not diabetic, nor I took any steroid during treatment. Today I was baking cake and I inhaled some powder of sugar and rava( samolina), then can it cause Mucormycosis?

Today is my 7th day from testing positive. I have this strange feeling like, when doctor keep stethoscope and ask us to take a deep breath, and we will kind of open our mouth and do a inhale and exhale. When I purposely do that now, I feel a slight discomfort. Otherwise oxygen saturation is normal. No temperature. And no issues while normal breathing. But this particular thing bothers me. What could be the reason?
