Is it safe to take Covid vaccination during menstruations? Or is there any chance of having opposite results if a vaccination can be taken during periods?

I was vaccinated on 2nd of June and after that night I didn't have the fever nor the any issues except mild headache. And my headache issue was okay but when I used to shake my head it feels like something is shaking in my head and feels heavy burden after vaccinated so what do I do? Help me out

Hello Doctor, Not aure if this is something to be concerned about, but I get frequent headache since a long time. I never got into any injury. My eye sight was always normal. Never used spectacles. The only thing I can think of is spending lot of time in front of laptop mobile n TV screen. Sometimes i get headache due to cold temperature, sometime I can't figure out what could be the reason. Sometimes the pain is very high and I have to take 2 disprin tablets to feel better Sometimes the pain is low and I get by it by closing my eyes for some time. Any advice I can get?
