After eating ice cream I feel more dizziness I was about to fall like drunken/ dizzy why ? What would be the reason

I am feeling left leg pain below knee and left hand pain. also i am feeling tingling also . it mostly occur only in left hand and left. it occurs more often just when my hand is little pressued or when i am holding my phone . why its only in left hand nd leg . i m feeling little pain in back of neck. please help me.

My mama had his first symptom high fever on june 13. He had been detected dengue on june 15 after blood test.His platelets were 1.5 lac, on june 16 it was 1.36lac, june 17( 1.2lac) and today he is having 66000 platelets. Is there any way to test if I've got the fake vaccine or the real. I have got 1st dose of Covishied and didn't got any side effect. There are cases where people got the fake vaccine.
