Since more than 25 years my mother has been smoking bidi's, she has chronic dry cough since many years which gets more sometimes and less sometimes, she also gets throat infection sometimes and sore voice, what is this cause and what to do?

Male 25 History :IBS I was nauseated in the morning.took razo d and then Today I passed normal stool at first(Brown S shaped formed )  ,then while passing normal stool suddenly yellow watery stuff came out explosively( it was clear yellow without solids and got splash sticked on sides ) and then some mushy stool with White Yellow mucus I went again after 3 hours and only mucus came out Is it normal for IBS patient ?happened first time in 4 years after diagnosis . I EAT WELL AND MY ROUTINE IS GOOD

Could you please help me any body if can what is the reason when I pass stool in the morning I see no burning in anus . however if I pass stool after eating or I feel I getting urge for stool. After passing stool then burning in anus started . Please help me the reason

By mistake i swallow karpol plus tablet will it cause any side effects or what should i do know as I am worried for my health

I am going thru stress due to my weight loss , I don't have any thyroid , any cancer , any typhoid , Amy malaria, any aids , any TB, or any harmonal imbalance  , or any regular disease or on any regular medicine . But inspite of my continues taking high energy , rich food and banana and all the things suggested by doctors here. Doctor suggested me to take (T3,T4,TSH) diagnostic tests 1) do we take these test with empty stomach for giving blood samples? 2) When should we give blood samples,is there any specific time to give blood samples?
