Does less antibodies produced after getting vaccinated means less protection against coronavirus . ??

My father is 71years , takes zilarbi 40 for BP. His creatinine little high say 1.3 , rarely feels numbness on right leg, Is it safe to take covid vaccine specifically covishield or should he under go any lab test? Thanks in advance.

Having low grade fever 99.8 from past 12 days ... Taking doxy 100mg twice a day from 5 days and MetroGyl 400mg 3 times a day from yesterday... My father took Covid vaccine first dose on 27 th April. On 2 nd may he got Covid. Today Suddenly he cut his finger with an iron knife which was not rusted though. Does he need to take Tetanus injection? If yes then is it ok to take a tetanus injection during his Covid recovery period?

I got my feet burn with hot oil. It was healing almost I had one blister suddenly I got hurt with the door stopper and the blister busted and it's a open wound now. It is reddish in colour and clear watery things is coming out if the wound. It is red around the wound and too much pain and smelling. Is that infection. I am cleaning the wound with betadine solution and using neosporin power.
