At level given by you you didn't take any medicine Excercise, like 45 mins walk, reduction in salt and oil  , and Checking BP levels once a month is all you need

HI i can understand your concern if you are already on Hypertension medication its ok 1st time Blood pressure check - then you need to wait before you take Telma 40
