Hello sir/madam Recently I had nasal congestion and for that I took steam thrice leaving with no mucus. I also did skipping and running exercises and thereafter experiencing shortness in breath and dry nose. My nose got dried literally and dry air is coming from nose making me so pathetic. Not able to take fresh air outside. Able to smell. Please help me in this regard.

Hi, I just recovered from typhoid. It is 4 weeks now since medication started. I took medicine for 12 days and then discontinued based on doctor's recommendation. Doing fine now with only problem being that after having a bit spicy foos (vegetables), the following 2-3 days I start feeling week. 1. So still the typhoid is there? 2. And is it safe to take covid vaccine now or should I wait? Thanks
