Regarding hip pain
I have recently started gymming, like it has been around 2 weeks and there sometimes is normal muscle soreness. But since 2 days i have slight pain in my right hip, like specially when i sit on a hard surface or sometimes while walking, the pain is there on pressing that area too. Not too severe. Is it normal muscle soreness?

Actually u have just started to gym so ur body muscle usually doesn't do so much of stretching and while in gym u are stretching ur body muscles a lot than it does normally. So after some days ur  body will get acquainted to it. But if u find a problem to that then reduce ur gym activities a bit and go slow and take this tablet it will reduce ur muscle pain Tab flexon MR one tablet twice a day after food for 5 days.
