Doctor my cousin completed his 4 dose intradermal anti rabies vaccination Day 0 3 7 28 from government hospital in 2/6/21 last dose Day 28 and today again a street dog scratch him with minor little bleeding no wound. So should again he have to take anti rabies vaccine.

Can USG detect breast cancer? Or any First sign of breast cancer? Especially for women under 40? Can any kind of milk ducts prob or carcinoma can be detected in a USG or any kind of abnormality which may be a first sign of breast cancer can be detected in USG? Or MRI is better?
