Left shoulder to left side of head pain
My left hand, eye, shoulder, head paining very badly. Pain start from 2 pm to whole night. Feel like sleepy but can't sleep because of pain. Want to vomit but can't. I already got fever 15 days back after that I feel very weak.

It can be post viral symptoms.. increase your fluid intake to more than 3 litres. Eat healthy and balanced diet.. avoid stress and tensions, do minimal exercise.. take dolo 650mg if required.
