I got covid positive after 10 days from first dose vaccination. Using multivitamins and antibiotics. After 1 week medication my CT scan score 12/25, CRP 123, RBS 81, DDimer 425,IL6 178, Ferritin 548. With these should I admit in hospital? My saturation is 98, no fever, no breathing problems as of now.pls suggest.this is for second opinion.

My mom is getting little cough once she eats something and also coughs  at nights two or three times but not like the cough that disturbs sleep. It doesn't seem deep.  She has slight back pain since she starting walking again recently. The cough after eating has been there for more than a month ..night cough may be for a week . I got full body checkup done for my mother. Age - 50 years Post covid, Steroids induced diabetes and taking metformin 500 twice since May 20. Fasting sugar value is 118. Her lipid profile is deranged. Cholesterol - 208 Triglycerides - 234 Ldl - 124 Hdl - 37 Vldl - 46 Non hdl - 172. Liver function test shows Sgpt - 40 ALP - 113 I want to know if these numbers and worrisome and she needs medicines for the same. 3 month ago in full body checkup almost same values came only triglycerides was 177 that time. Please suggest next plan of action. Thanks.
