My son is 7yrs old... Weight 17kgs. Suddenly he became dull and got temperature 99.4.  Given paracetamol syrup 5ml. He s active bt weighs less n never eats food properly. Can u suggest

3 months before i was covid positive with non lungs involvement. From 2 days i am having excess gas and burping problem. Poop is normal sometimes there is foam in poop. Feeling exhausted or fatigue with mild body pain. There is tinnitus issue from 2 days. I dont have fever. My oxygen and pulse are normal. I am feeling sleepy. Need your opinion. What may the cause for stomach discomfort. I also have acidic taste in mouth. I am hypertension patient and taking medicine for the same.

I get severe migraine headaches, the frequency is 5-6 times in a month. Though there is no set pattern to it, but I get a hint of it in the early morning and the aching might happen later. I've naproxen 500 for it. Any remedial action for this for a long term solution?
