I was a patient of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I was very afraid and took 18 rabies vaccine in 2.5 years of time. Will there be any possible side effects in future? And for how many years that number of shots will provide immunity. Thanks

I have been doing a night shift job since 7 month which has completely ruined my schedule. I don't exercise on a regular basis, I'm either working or studying so I spend atleast 18 hours sitting on a chair. I feel pain in my chest every time I try to stretch now and I have a severe case of hair loss. I have always had really low bp and iron deficiency so I have serious period pain as well. Is vitamin B complex (neurobion) good for me? And should I start taking Iron Pills?
