Shall we take over the counter multivitamin tablets? Are those safe? I am taking Healthkart multivitamins on daily basis for last 1 month after recovering from Covid. Can I continue taking it?

Pain developed in side back yesterday and unable to Perform any activity. Moving is also painful. Feels like acidity pain as I missed Lunch yesterday and was sitting in the vehicle for a long time.

I have terrible tingling and burning sensation in both my arms and legs. Not able to sleep as it's more at night. Taking matlida forte which reduces pain for few hours. Went thru enmg and nerve conduction which came normal. No proper diagnosis still. Sometimes I feel weak and muscles ache.lose concentration . The only medication right now is Matilda forte(daily one) and d3 60k per week. Night there is no relief as slight tingling and pain persists. Help please

Platelets count on July 14: 106 thou/mm3 Platelets count on June 23: 120 thou/mm3 Platelets count on May 12: 120 thou/mm3 Platelets count on Dec 2020, 181 thou/mm3 Other symptoms: Mild cough Body temperature goes to 99.5 F each day in the evening, but start decreasing during the night and gets normal in the morning without taking any fever medicine. Hello what is the correct dose for neurokind plus RF. I was prescribed for neuropathy, tingling and burning sensation in arms and legs.

I have started having symptoms for covid on 10 April and test neg on 3 may and then also I am not feeling well and there is breathlessness and phelgm coming out of my mouth continously then I consult the docotor they said I have mild pneumonia And after that I did and ct scan and infection is 0/25 and now after two months from last 10 days I am facing phelgm again and there is nose block also and there is light pain near the eyebrow. When I cry my nose is fill with mucus and my mouth also then I have to throw it and there is breathlessness sometimes not common but sometimes when the cough don't come out .and sometime sometimes I feel light pain in face and it suddenly goes in just 1 second what is the reason behind this .please help and also I consulted a ent they said they see nothing wrong .what can be the problem .
