Platelets not increasing
Hi,
My wife had a platelet transfusion on Wednesday, 28 July. The count was 35k after transfusion. It went to 38k on 29th but has reduced again today. She has been in hospital for over a week for Dengue. She currently has no fever and looks better now. Why is the count not increasing? Kindly advise. Thanks.
