Now he want to take his first dose of vaccination for Covid, but he is highly allergic for the following drugs: 1) Ciprofloxacin 2) Doxycyclin 3) Paracetamol 4) Ofloxacin 5) Sulpha Can he take his first dose of covid vaccine in August month? Which vaccine should I prefer? For fever he takes Nimesulide tab 100mg (nise).

I am having gastric problem. I feel chest tightness and breathlessness after eating dinner since 3months I have been taking DDR 60 early morning and Gaviscon after dinner since 1.5months ECHO, ECG, CHEST XRAY, spirometry all normal. What should I do? I am not feeling better yet.
