What ae the causes of higher triglycerides in blood ?  I do a regular 5 km walk every day on intermittent fasting routine. I also keep my weight constant. But even then my regular blood test shows higher level (220mg) of triglycerides.Earlier test 6 months before it was 200mg   Is it an indication of pre diabetic? .

Since the past few weeks I have been sweating alot due to the weather and I noticed that my underarms smelled like onions, which decreased as the weather got better.
