Hi Doctor My name is pardeep singh I have chest pain since long time, due to which i have to take long breathe sometimes. When i lie down in same positions for long time and then tries to turn around my chest side. I got pain in my chest..kind of stiffeness. Not sure how exactly to explain but this problem persists since many years and I have avoided this since then.

Since 3 months i'm having consistent low grade fever between 98.8-99.5 f and frequent urination. Pus cells are 30, epithelial cells are 12 and yeast cells are 14. Culture report has come negative twice. All other tests are normal including ultrasound with pvr with pvr 40 cc. Been treated with antibiotics but no improvement.

Since 2-3 days Pains while urination. Enable to take food properly Feeling low energy Fever headache and body pain

My wife has been suffering from col and cough for 2 days and have weakness .suggest some medicines .T

Is coughing normal after exercising with incentive spirometer? Does it indicate anything? Everytime I use three ball incentive spirometer, I use to cough. Cough is very mild..is it normal?

Yesterday my wife took covid vaccine(covishield) and from late night she has a high fever (104C),body ache, and frequent vomiting. Is this side affects of the vaccine? Is there any medicines to suppress this issues.

Have taken my second dose of covid vaccine but there were no symptoms no fever no chills, no body ache.i heard if someone has fever or any effects the vaccine is working good or the body's immunity system is working good! As i have nothing after the second jab is my body working well or immunity is doing good or bad? I took covaxin yesterday but got no side effects of fever or anyging till now.

Witnessing low pulse since last two months. Pulse reading remains between 35-37. Heart report, MRI report are normal. Oxygen level is 98 Blood pressure is 175/75
