My Haemoglobin is low.Kindly suggest.My Hb is 7.6.What is d cause and should I take iron tablets.

Having fever with chills and cough..gone through RTPCR, HRCT chest, malaria, dengue, typhoid, CBC, Urine routine, Parasite..all these tests are negative..only CRP came 14.9 which is bit high from normal range.. taken anbiotic and paracetamol since 16 days already..fever normally comes during evening time which goes to 101.5 sometimes. No other symptoms than which is mentioned above..

I have a itching problem from past 4 days, I am thinking that itching is coming from the Covid vaccine. 3 weeks back I have taken my first dose. I don't understand why I feel like itching. I have been prescribed tab pan- d before food and tab cipzox after food twice daily for 7 and 3 days respectively. Today after taking first dose of medicine I am feeling like heart burn. What causing this hearburn and should I take second dose tonight or skip tab cipzox for tonight?
