Left Chest Pain And Weakness - Hello Doctors Since Yesterday

Left chest pain and weakness

Hello doctors since yesterday evening feeling weakness in the body especially right leg knee is too much irritating. Having a mild pain in the left side chest mainly in the bones. Also I am feeling dizziness today. Is it due to gas or something or any other issue. Please help
