Hello doctor. I'm a 21 year old female. I've noticed that 3 days before my periods start, my left breast gets a bit tender. It continues 3-4 days into my periods and goes away after it ends. It has always been like this. The pain is not much. I'm just curious. Is this normal?

Hi, My wife had a platelet transfusion on Wednesday, 28 July. The count was 35k after transfusion. It went to 38k on 29th but has reduced again today. She has been in hospital for over a week for Dengue. She currently has no fever and looks better now. Why is the count not increasing? Kindly advise. Thanks.

Hi doctor, I have had a pin point pain in left side of my chest since morning and sometimes it does go on its own and sometimes it continues to pain and sometimes its like somebody is pinching you with needle. And it also happens before as well but go always without taking any medicine or doing any effort. Doctor please advise is it gas or something else. Advise me some medicine as of now.
